Notifications out the Whazoo
I swear I had this app for a day and received what felt like nonstop notifications, could probably chill on that
No photo library option.
So disappointed I cannot use photos in my library. I am trying to identify plants for my friend. Her husband planted the garden for her, but didn’t label the roses. Now he is gone and so is the information.
Not free
It says free app in app putchases. you download the app you go to use it but presented with three days free trial otherwise $11.50 per week. So I remove the app. Wasted my time downlowding.
Free app NOT Free‼️
I’ve just been immediately charged $11.49 AUS for an app marketed as Free. I am expecting a full and immediate refund solely on the basis of an entirely misleading representation of the cost of the app. A free trial offer with payment due if trial was not discontinued. Not the case‼️ Very poor form. Have to offer a single star as a review as this review won’t send. It’d be NIL otherwise. *************************************************** So the app developer has responded to the above review. And when I say ‘responded’ I mean a simple cut and paste response which is exactly the same ‘response’ to previous complaints about being charged for a ‘free’ app. The app i downloaded was presented as free with no indication of payment due. It is very clear that this developer is scamming users, sending an automated response stating it’s our fault for not choosing the correct version. Reimbursement is expected not a gaslight response.
How do I unsubscribe?
Seems it is not free and it didn’t work for me I can’t see anything in the App Store on unsubscribing. Eventually I deleted the app from my phone and it supposedly unsubscribed me, fingers crossed.
Not FREE at all
What a con. Free plant identifier but a does not tell you is 3 days only then $1.00 per week whether you use it or not. Shameful deceit and should be clear when loading the app NOT AFTER Not wanted now
Don’t Try Is Not Free
I really like the look of this app, was excited to download it and give it a go. I got to identify one plant, which was very helpful, but after that they just want u to sign up to the subscription. If you don’t accept the free 3 day trial or sign up, the app was the same new in circles!! It’s a shame they don’t have a free version.
Useless app
Useless app, came across it via Google search for identifying grass. Could not even tell I had photographed grass and told me it was a different plant.
Free is not Free
In the Google search, it states the App is free. After downloading it, I realize it gives only 3 days free trial then will be charged. I try to cancel the App straight away and am unable to find how to cancel it. I delete the App but still unsure if it is cancelled. Please cancel the App from my account. I do not want to be charged. Thank you.
