When you say its free trial, it should be free. But you charged me immediately. I filed a claim with Apple, hope they will refund me.

I won’t cancel my suscription but is impossible. I don’t won’t pay more!
Fully paid, nothing free
Can’t do anything without paying. Can’t even identify your plant using camera/gallery unless you subscribe. It’s pure trash. There are literally no functions available for free

I forgot I had it and it’s VERY EXPENSIVE ! hoping they will not charge me . I deleted the app because I have not used it and forgot about it and they are charging me anyway ! Really people ! Highway robbery !
Limited Features
I would live to use this app. But you cannot use an existing photo. You must take a picture real time for it to work. What if you are in a place without no cell service or can’t get back to the area where you took a picture? I think being able to use a photo in my phone’s photo library is a must needed feature. Shouldn’t be hard. I could not use the app because of this.
The app doesn’t work
I got the app because I have a fruit tree that is sick and wanted to know what kind of sickness it was and how to treat it but the app recognized the tree but not what was wrong with it I took pictures of different plants and I noticed that it gave me the same answers for all of them…
