Everything they continue to improve upon
Been using it for a few years. Anything that needed improving. They’ve improved not to the equivalent of another App but better., not matter which hemisphere you live in... The only suggestion this time is to allow stats reported on indoor growth lighting hrs & weekly/daily/bd/tds (easier for those that may work from home) humidity reported within indoor areas specified. So people can decipher which area according to plant type or which area the plant should be moved to… Otherwise thanks!

No plant identification or sick help unless you pay.
Lacking
The support around plant care, particularly when a plant is sick, is poor. I’ve use other apps that used AI from looking at the photos to help diagnose, whereas this app uses a process of deduction, mostly leading to the app not knowing the answer.
Pay to scan plants
I love the aesthetic and userbility of this app and downloaded it to try and move my plants over from another app, however, you have to pay for a subscription to be able to scan your plants via photo? I’ll stick to my other app where I can do this for free…

Would be nice if you could remove tasks, such as process reports and misting which aren’t necessary and which can’t be removed which is annoying and would be pretty easy to work in to the app.
They responded to let me know how to do this. Right away! Such awesome customer service.
I find the app really helpful- my sis has the free version but i pay for premium. I’m on a disability pension so I don’t have much money but this is one of my little luxuries. I love my indoor plants and Planta helps me to look after them. Thank you!

Having had great plans when I downloaded this app and read the reviews…I’m somewhat dissatisfied with this app. I live in Australia, in the Northern Suburbs of Sydney. This app constantly tells me there’s rain when it’s 30+full sun. It’s geotagged yes? So that should be the way that the app tells me to water my plants or not. I’m finding I’m ignoring the app and marking all tasks complete just to get the tasks out of the way. Most of the time I’ve completed them before the alerts anyway.
