I can’t recommend this app enough!

So a lil background on me. 46, college athlete, worked out my whole life. 5x+ per week crossfitter up to my 40s. I was honestly getting to the point I thought being an athlete was over. My back, hip, and knee hurt so bad all the time. Working out became miserable. I was always afraid of getting injured. 2.5 years ago my job owning a roofing company became truly miserable. I was in so much pain I couldn’t climb ladders. I thought I was forced to retire to the office and let the kids do the fun stuff playing out side. I’m happy to say that I honestly feel like I’m back to 100%. I work out like I’m in my 30s again. A mixture of Pliability, orthopedic house slippers, cutting out w33d and a diet low in gluten and other inflammatory foods has me feeling amazing. I recommend this app to EVERYONE!! I can tell how long it’s been since I’ve done pliability based on how much I hurt. ALSO - this is forced meditation. It has quieted my mind in a way I never expected. Trust me - I absolutely HATED the first month of pliability. Sitting there for what seemed like hours with nothing to do but listen to my monkey brain was absolute torture. But now it’s like a calming blanket over the fire of anxiety. This app will make you a better person. Give you a better soul and make you a stronger athlete. I sound like I have some financial interest in it but I promise I don’t. This app truly changed my life. Thank you so much to whoever put this together.

Awesome routines with flexible timing intervals. Literally saved my knees

Great App with some exceptions

An app an old guy (I’m 60) like me can keep up with. Each routine moves at the right speed, with some exceptions. I have arthritis in my left knee. So doing a saddle position, for example, in a knee focused routine makes no sense. Because of the arthritis, this pose would do more harm than good. So modifications or substitutions for lower body stretches, or stretches in general, would be appreciated. My suggestion - add a path for seniors.

Nice but annoying stalls

The app is great for guided sessions. Has shorter versions in case you don’t have a lot of time for a session. I have it for over two weeks, what I dislike is THE CONSTANT STALLS DURING THE SESSIONS! The videos will just pause and not start again. Sometimes even if I close the app and open it again, it still will pause or worse, not even play the videos at all. For what I’m paying as the subscription, I’d figure that random video stalls wouldn’t be a worry at all. Honestly it’s making me consider canceling the subscription.

World class stretching and mobility app.! I’ve tried many range of motion apps but this daily app has quality instruction, guidance, movement, music, and more. I am a CrossFiter, runner, yogi, and active mother. Choose this app! You will not be disappointed. I have been using it for over three years and will not use any other like it!

Frustrating

This is specifically about the app and not the programs (which I enjoy). I used to be able to cast the daily to my screen and just go with the flow. However, they made an update recently to make the programs look more like a playlist. Now, when I cast to the tv I have to keep opening my phone and selecting the next exercise. What gives??? It used to be great to be able to just get in the flow but this update is constantly pulling me out. Get rid of the playlist or make it so it automatically transitions

No issues with the app. I signed up for a trial and the day it switched to paid, i emailed them asking to cancel it and refund me and they refused. Made me pay $179 for a year that I’m not going to use it for. Predatory business practice.

“Pliability” is a fantastic app for improving range of motion and flexibility. I’ve been using it for a while now, and I’m amazed at how much it has helped me. The exercises are easy to follow, and the progress tracking feature keeps me motivated. I highly recommend Pliability to anyone looking to increase their flexibility and overall mobility!
