To complicated. Messy. Only show kilometres even though advises you can change to miles.

Not good

Very disappointed… difficult to navigate Lacking needed information … price and speed

Was good.

Sold out to big data. No opt out of having your data stolen unnecessarily. We gave them the data, they sold us out. I will no longer support them. We have a right to privacy.

Really useful EV App but…

Am I missing something with this app? I think it’s great you can plan a route and add in a charging station to your route but, am I missing the option of pressing ‘Start Driving’ and it acting like Google Maps or Apple Maps where it follows your movement with a blue line and arrow? Also, is it possible to edit a route by adding additional destinations?

Avoid

Trying to use this app they hijacked my payment card and the next thing I knew I had subscribed to things I have never heard of. I am still fighting to get my money back

The results are not reliable

Availability is not correct, location is problematic, it shows the charging stations which are yet to be installed as an available charging point!!!!

More difficult to use

The previous version of this app was much better and easier to use!

No information on how this app works Worst one I have used so far

Illegal and puts you at risks

While you may offer your plug for customers you are opening your self up for legal action for liability and legal services you can not afford and your regular home insurance does not cover you at home running a business to offer your charge point for others at a cost or free. You as the owner of the property have legal liability and plug share will not. Do not do this your stupid if you do. If a car has problems etc your liable.also your electric company will wish to know your running a business at your property and using electric as a business so 20 vat should apply not home use 5 vat. Seek professional support

No longer a useful app

The latest update has removed the “waiting to charge” and “charging” statuses from checkin. This makes the app really confusing, unhelpful and irrelevant. Very sad as it was a great app that helped the ever growing community of EV drivers. Not really sure what to select when you checkin now as none of the checkin options apply.
