Fitbit Reviews

New update bugs.

20EmmaW on

Ireland

Love my Fitbit Charge 6, the app however is not great. Since updating my app I can no longer view my heart rate data. The app crashes every time I click into it. Have attempted to contact customer service but have received no response. Disappointed both in the customer service and in the new update, and hope that this bug will be fixed soon.

Inaccurate information

Lsmyth24 on

Ireland

Been with Fitbit for 7 years now and I am ready to change brands just because of this terrible app! My step count for the past years keeps changing on the app. I have done every single troubleshooting method and updated the app, reset my account etc Contacted Fitbit a month ago to fix and and had to contact them again to check what’s going on and they’re just saying ‘in progress’??? Ridiculous that the basic purpose of tracking steps cannot be done on this app. Never had this issue until these past few months but it is infuriating

New layout

New heart rate updates not great, revert to old so you can see your rate and not a big range

Bug issues

MistressFlo on

Ireland

This latest app did not fix the bug. Literally can’t see the steps count on the dashboard anymore, is this not the main function of the Fitbit. Ridiculous that this issue is still outstanding

A great app until google changed it

Lindy50000 on

Ireland

So disappointed with the changes since google took over. Can’t get my splits from a run anymore. Will definitely not be replacing with another Fitbit.

Time to move away fromFitbit

StarryKarrie on

Ireland

I am on my 2nd Fitbit in 2.5 years, both were minded extremely well. The heart rate doesn’t show or the steps freeze. Constantly restarting it,so time consuming trying to constantly fix it. This is the last Fitbit I will purchase and now when I charge it, the heart rate doesn’t appear and in restarting the device, it dies and won’t turn on even on full charge.

App not reliable

Carol_Gil on

Ireland

Every time that I try to use the app I always have an issue and can’t access my data. The smartwatch is very nice and helpful with all the features but the app itself is not reliable at all.

Synching

I preferred the previous version where the App updated the data automatically & continuously. Also, it no longer produces a map of my runs on the phone.
