You'll be given the choice between the Monthly Membership for USD $7.99 per month or the 6-month or Annual Membership for $29.99. Price may vary by location. Choose a plan before you start your 7-day free trial. If you enjoy your Prenatal Workout 7-day trial, do nothing and your chosen membership plan will automatically continue. You can easily cancel anytime by turning off auto-renewal in your iTunes Account Settings. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Prices may vary slightly based on your local currency.

I’m usually a gym goer and I wasn’t really able to do so any more with my first trimester symptoms. This app saved me because I could do quick, simple and easy to follow routines at home that actually helped to alleviate some of the issues I was having. Good app, worth the money.
Great app
Love this app and workout. Was experiencing bad pelvic girdle pain and back pain before this, now I have no back pain and pelvic pain is minimal. You can set it to your personal goals which I love because we all know how much our own bodies can tolerate. Only thing I struggle with is doing child’s pose with a watermelon stomach but I spread my legs a bit more to accomodate 😅. Love how it does alternates to normal workouts (wall Push ups instead of push ups and side planks instead of normal).
