This app is definately NOT worth spending a couple of dollars on. It's exteremely user un-friendly and adds nothing to the free pregnancy yoga exercise pictures you can easily find online. Purchasing the app gives you access to a few yoga practice movies per trimester. These are 3D movies of a woman doing the exercises. What I dislike about these movies is:
- You cannot skip poses during a practice, you have to watch the whole movie;
- The music is simply terrible (although you can turn it off);
- The instructions are loud and therefore disturbing. They are clearly not recorded by an actual person but by a voice computer;
- The instructions are available in several languages. All (including the English!) seem to be Google- or auto-translated;
- The movies offer no real practice with a structure, they are merely separate poses that you could have easily looked up online for free.
This is the most money I every spend on an app and I really regret purchasing it in my excitement about my pregnancy. Please learn from my mistake and DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP!
