Not useful and takes ages to resolve the problem

Tried to use voucher and it wasn’t excepting it. I was then offered to delete the voucher to re use now I have no voucher . What’s the point don’t use this service but directly from the outlet you want to gift from

Won’t download details to redeem tried to get in touch all day so got giftcard that’s useless 😡

No idea how to redeem a card I have been given rubbish

Very disappointed, I open app to get my gift card and I just get a blank screen in which I can unwrap gift card but it stays a blank screen and doesn’t show up in my wallet. Think I’ve just lost £100 to George st Ssds because of this. I’ve even restarted and refreshed my IPad Pro in case that was the problem but no, it stays the same.

Take your money for vouchers they have no stock off. Do not contact you to let you know instead wait for you to ask why the voucher is not accepted. Then refused to refund the 2nd voucher for same company that was only purchased to go along with the 1st voucher purchased. Do not trust this company with your money

Difficult to use, not easy to set up a e-gift card in the app. Not straight forward when wish to redeem. Even shop workers of younger ages than myself struggled when trying to help. Looking forward to using up my balance and deleting for good. If receive another voucher for Prezzee I won’t be redeeming.

How overly complicated and pointless

Purchased an item from Currys, who decided to cancel the item. I have not been reimbursed for this and my gift card is showing nil which in turn means I can’t buy an alternative.

A hacker has created an account under my name with my details and bought an adidas gift card somehow via my amazon account. I have no idea what this app is and how to cancel my account.
