· LOG: it's not only a genuine LOG gamma curve -- we strictly matched your mobile device's color to the industrial standard - ALEXA Log C.
· Cinematic Looks: we provided a dozen of cinematic looks for filmmakers -- the styles are categorized into Neutral Styles, Film Emulation (classic Kodak and Fuji cinema film), Movie Inspired (blockbusters and indie masterpieces), and ALEXA Looks.
# ASSISTANTS
· Monitoring tools: Waveform, Parade, Histogram, RGB Histogram, Audio Meter.

· File-naming: All the video files saved by Protake use the standard naming system: Camera Unit + Reel Number + Clip Count + Date + Suffix. It's something like "A001C00203_200412_IR8J.MOV"... Sounds familiar?
· Metadata: Everything including device model, ISO, shutter angel, white balance, lens, connected accessories, location, are all well recorded in the file's metadata.
· Time code: We provided both options for you -- Free Run and Record Run. It's compatible with your cinema cameras.

· With a Protake+ membership, you can use all the features, including: Pro mode, LOG gamma curve, Protake Cinematic Looks, all the assistant tools, data management, 3rd-party accessories.

No meu iPhone 12, usar o app por mais de 30 minutos faz o celular esquentar muito... Ficando uma filmage ruim. O aparelho é novo e gostaria de saber se isso é normal?
Bug após atualização
Tentei encontrar meios de me comunicar com vocês e não obtive sucesso. Comprei o app para gravação de vídeos com intuito principalmente para usar Microfone externo. Estava tudo perfeito mas foi só atualizar que o aplicativo não reconhece o microfone externo. Usar o microfone nativo não funciona. Preciso que me de alguma orientação pois esse erro é grave para quem comprou um produto para devidos fins . Aguardo contato

iPhone 13pro max fica fervendo…
Estou garanto vídeos para o YouTube e o meu celular 13 pro max fica muiiito quente. Estou filmando em 4K 30fps…. Mais alguém assim? A saúde de minha bateria já diminuiu 1% por causa de tanto calor.. sério, não dá para pagar na mão quando gravo vídeos acima de 20minutos. Se não melhorar irei migrar pro concorrente..
App ok
Muito bom, porém no iPhone 8 fica fechando direto, grava 3 segundos e fecha e no iPhone 13 já perdi diversos trabalhos que estavam gravando, mas qdo finalizei a gravação e fui abrir o arquivo tinha apenas alguns segundos gravado.
App fechando
Aplicativo grava por 30 segundos e fecha. Estou fazendo gravação em múltiplas câmeras assinei 2 licença e no iPhone 8 está fechando a todo momento, quero cancelar a assinatura e meu ressarcimento.
Most features only in subscription
Although it’s possible to use the app for free, most important features, including shutter, WB, ISO etc, are only available through an yearly subscription plan. Also, you won’t be able to use remote control mode in free edition.

Comprei faz faz quase um dia e até agora a gravação e configurações do pro estão indisponíveis. Quando será liberada ?
