Proximus+ is hands down one of the worst apps I've ever used. It's a complete disaster from start to finish. The app freezes constantly, making it impossible to accomplish even the simplest tasks. It's as if the developers never bothered to test it before release.
The performance is abysmal. Every action is met with delays, and the app often becomes entirely unresponsive. This isn't just a minor inconvenience—it's a deal-breaker that makes the app completely useless.
Furthermore, the functionality is practically non-existent. The features are either broken or so poorly designed that they might as well not be there. Proximus+ fails to deliver on any of its promises and ends up being a total waste of time.
In summary, Proximus+ is a pathetic excuse for an app. It's plagued with freezing issues, offers no real value, and is utterly useless. Save yourself the frustration and avoid it at all costs.

Ik gebruik mijn Proximus enkel in België/Europa. De app werkt niet mijn Belgisch gsm. Steeds weer “Oops er ging is fout”. Op mijn UAE gsm gaat het wel
Never works
The proximus app barely works, freezes, logs me out, tells me my password is wrong, and sometimes shows me results for my previous cellphone plan and not my current one. But I don’t know if that is the fault of the app or just proximus the company…
Products not loading
“Sorry, it’s not you, it’s us” keeps on appearing and I don’t have access to my products.
I contacted the support and after 2 hours of chatting with 5-6 different agents, I gave up.
It’s not worth my time.
Worst Customer service
I was warned by how horrible the customer service is, but I didn’t want to believe it because it couldn’t be that bad. Every critique I was told when I mentioned I placed an order to have the internet and cable Installed was accurate : nobody showed up, nobody was ever assigned to install the services, nobody called back or emailed as promised and I called 4 times.
I switched to another provider and they responded immediately!
Nightmare
Always buggy and these day you need to go trough initial setup every time you open the app.
App wont let me login
App would be cool if I could log in instead of an infinite loading screen. Plus their closed on Sundays
Bad customer service & signal
The wait time is very long for customer service. Wait time is no less than 40 minutes. Also have to type a long customer number, not like it’s something to memorize. Everything is online, so the internet isn’t reliable and difficult to get the info with no internet . All together the worst internet service, but I haven’t tried the other service. I think I will, couldn’t be worse.
My Connection Is HORRIBLE!!!
Everyday I experience intermittent service fore no reason. Devices drop of of the WiFi Connection fore no apparent reason and the connection in my apartment is awful. Realistically, for a service provider in a top tier nation the company should be ashamed. However, the staff at your call centers always does strive to get to the root cause of a problem so your company does have some good qualities to be admired. But realistically your product does need improvement…
This app is crap
It’s full of bugs and unwanted messages (why do I need to accept cookies in an app?).
Very difficult to configure (at least 3 codes necessary + use of a captcha = overkill) just to link your account.
You get more support by calling the customer center - when available.
