After last update have been logged out and can’t log in any longer (login page pop up doesn’t open). Please fix it otherwise app is useless. Thank you!
Thanks the support it’s now working fine
App is blocking functionalities and recently doesn’t allow me as administrator anymore though I’m registered as such in the MyProximus website.
This app simply doesn’t work. Any request processed through this app is not considered by proximus. If at all you can login. They do confirm services requests though, don’t deliver and then send bills for services not performed. Even if you use the app, you still need to make a phone call and hope someone mentally paired will pick up. when services are booked and confirmed, technician do not show up nor bother to inform . The perfect third world phone operator.
Great support and WIFI
The app no longer supports landscape orientation on iPad, and that’s really shortsighted, tablets are statistically used more in landscape than portrait, they are not just big phones. Also, things were clearer before. The tab that opens by default has a 4 square icon as though it was meant to be a summary/dashboard of information, but it only contains the information for one SIM card, and it’s not even the one in the tablet I use, it’s the one for my phone. Can’t I have a choice of customization for what to see in here, so that it is relevant to me? The tab with the list of sims that I have offers access to options for each of them in a way that is actually inferior to the previous version of the app, where things were labeled clearer and easier to access. I don’t care for the rewards section, the billing tab is adequate, and so is the one about the app and services. All in all, they could’ve left the app the way it was and it would’ve been better. At the very least they should restore landscape orientation, it should cost them nothing to do it.
