I was utterly dismayed by the egregious lack of professionalism displayed in an email I received from Daniel, a representative of the Pure team's customer service department. His tone was not only rude but also downright disrespectful, leaving me questioning how individuals like him are even hired, let alone compensated for their roles. It's disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for basic courtesy and decency in customer interactions. This unfortunate incident not only tarnishes the reputation of the company but also reflects poorly on their overall commitment to providing satisfactory service.
