Won’t allow storing of password in my iCloud password manager.

Seemed to have a temporary glitz

But login working fine again

Never works when I need it

Can’t ever get the Auto ID to access or download when I need it. I tried using the text contact option to get help and it merely takes you to a blank text message addressed to no one.

Can’t log in - Bad first time user experience

I just created an account and I can’t log in. I’m 100% sure I put in the correct password because I pasted directly from my password manager. When I try to reset my password, it sends me an email with a link that takes me to…. a login screen. Please log in with your password to reset your password.

Member privileges make app special

I find that the self service features of this app make transacting with PURE really easy (accessing auto ID cards, paying my bills, etc) but it’s the member privileges that really set PURE apart. When I was stranded in the side of the road, PURE’s roadside assistance feature got me out of trouble. PURE’s Art Spotlight has come in handy when shopping unfamiliar artists. I also like the home buying report.

Logging in never works

Since I’ve been a customer, I’ve never been able to login using the app whereas the web portal always works. The app indicated the the email/password were wrong but they work on the portal. I’ve deleted and installed the app many many time on iPhone and iPad to no luck. Sorry, deleting the app

Can’t log on

Site message said due to upgrade my password had to be changed. I changed it and successfully logged on. I then logged off and tried to logged again without success; had to change password again to log on. Tried this process several times and it always requires me to change password.

Possibly worst app ever

This is the first review I’ve ever written regarding an app. I can’t login, even though my credentials work on the website. Customer service can’t get me in touch with tech support. They repeatedly tell me to reset password and reinstall app…..they might as well be telling me to reboot my phone! Useless!!!!!

Telling me to update but none available

Every time I try to open the app it tells me there’s a newer version available and to update now. The App Store is not showing an available update and deleting/reinstalling is not fixing it. The pop-up notice does not give me a choice to ignore the update and use the existing version I have installed, so this is now completely useless.

Won’t load - I think it’s fixed

I called customer support who kicked it up to somebody. After a few days I tried again and this time I was instructed to change my password so updates /fixes could populate - it worked ! Haven’t tested everything but so far my data seems to be correct Have tried for days to get the app to load my data. customer support assured me it would load after Its launched several times Still nothing - all blank
