Description
This is a program to train the body to do 100 consecutive push ups in less than two months. The rules are simple: take 1 or 2 days of rest after a push up day and rest at least 60 seconds between each set.

There are no instructions on how to set this up or what it's supposed to do. Does it count my push ups? I don't get it.

Good for tracking your path to 100, just make sure to check the info thing on the top right once in the app

Danke für diese tolle App, heutzutage gibt es nicht mehr viele Apps, die ohne Anmeldung, ohne Abo, ohne Werbung und einfach nur auf das nötigste reduziert sind und dabei trotzdem sauber und zuverlässig funktionieren.
Clean App erfüllt den Zweck ohne Abo
Super einfach für genau das was man braucht. Genau die App mit noch mehr Übungen in dem gleichen Schema wäre noch nicer. Kein Abomodell, Werbung oder sonst was.

Einstieg etwas hart fürn IT’ler :D runtastic war da etwas sanfter meine ich mich zu erinnern. aber toll heutzutage noch etwas derart simples* ohne kaufzwang zu finden. *Programmieraufwand außen vor, bau doch einen spendenlink ein :) Danke für die tolle app 👍
Fast sehr gut
Super App, nur ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: das Display sollte während den Sessions (also vor allem während der Pausezeiten) anbleiben.
