This app is really bad and fustrating , I created an account 2 weeks ago to use for my online store i put my adress and passport , and you guys asked for address proof I uploaded address proof you guys keep rejecting , I uploaded my bank statement that printed out yesterday rejected , you guys have been rejecting each an every document I upload for address proof when they are 100% genuine you are delaying my business and you don’t reply via email and your customer care is a bot ? Seriously ? This app is really not it , I advice not to use it .
They take customers money
This stupid app took $165 from my account because I mistakenly registered with a wrong name. Now they won’t verify my address. They keep rejecting everything they ask me to provide. Terrible app, your money is not safe.

Poor customer support, scam is all I see. They allow you deposit your money and then fail to verify your account. You can’t withdraw but can keep depositing. What a techy way to scam people. Please refund my money as I am not in for this rubbish anymore. If you love yourself and your money run from this app.
