Q-Park Rewards

Always felt this was a great app, and used to make some great savings but unfortunately it had been declining over the past 12-18month, and now only a handful of companies provide a discount anymore. 😞

I installed this app and was not made aware it would automatically charge on entry and exit: if you pay by ticket and machine you will be double charged!!!

Rewards app has forgotten my password I select “reset my password “ option No email received = can’t book using app Hopeless

Loads of rewards say complete but balance stays at 0. Not sure if this company are literally stealing your cash back. Do not touch, complete waste of time

Despite it having the ability to save your debit card details in the app you can’t use that those details to pay for car parking booked through the app. Come on. Even the payment fields have not been coded to allow for Autofill on iPhone so it’s a pain in the proverbial. Why not integrate Apple/Google pay? Also you need to search for your car park each time rather than selecting on a previous book and selecting rebook. Cash back is a nice touch but have not withdrawn anything yet so don’t know if that will cause problems other reviewers seem to have!

I loved this app at first. Was easily the best cashback app available. Effortless as well. Still is effortless to earn the rewards. Sadly it is near impossible to redeem them. I have contacted the developer numerous times to fix it and am told every time this is a known problem and they are looking into resolving it. I’ve accrued nearly £30 of rewards that I can’t redeem. What is the point?

I thought you get discounted rates?

App now renders menus in the designated safe zones so log off is behind the battery icon and the history button is now behind the menu bar.

Great app. Easy to set up your cards. The cashback gets paid within a couple of weeks by bacs transfer. I’ve earned £130 in 12 months. I’ve not had any transactions rejected. They had a couple of months where transactions sat in pending but I emailed them and they said there was technical problems. It was corrected a few weeks later and been working since. Don’t know what everyone on the reviews is moaning about. They stopped the free parking years ago.
