Q Watch

My watch was fairly expensive. More than the equivalent Chinese brand - and this app just has “unofficial” and “risky” vibes about it. I don’t trust it. I thought the brand was a good one but this app is making me feel very unsure. I’m so disappointed!

I have had the watch for a week and the app has stopped synching twice and lost my step count for day. Tried to contact support but not available in English. Very frustrating as specifically got this watch for the step counter. Everything else works fine

I agree about the error message when trying to update. Step counter is wildly inaccurate. App could be a little more technical such as being able to pick and chose which sport displays you would like, like you can change the watch faces. Overall I really like the watch and it’s features, I love the fact I can use my watch to control my music so I don’t have to hunt for my phone. Heart rates and BP don’t seem too far out. With a few little fixes it could be an amazing watch rather than just a great watch. Please update. Thank you.

Can not download games on to the watch by the app

All data is lost every 12 hours. I shall be returning the watch and finding something else.

Got this watch as a present, it won’t bind her often, when it does it doesn’t load any data just shows 0 for everything.

Won’t let me update the firmware, loses connection to my phone constantly, even when right beside it. Total rubbish

App is not recording everything, very dissatisfied

I find that this app I have to reset once a week. It will stop syncing and it means I lose data. Not impressed. It will also not let me upgrade firmware as the the other reviewer. 😡

The app says it needs an upgrade but it won’t actually let me and just says error please try later. I have tried numerous times to do it and just keeps coming up. Don’t know if it’s because I use an iPhone but there’s no way to ask for help about it. I would not get this again.
