I can not get this to link to my phone !!

No notifications

I’ve had this watch since Christmas at first I’d get notifications for text messages and calls but haven’t for weeks now! 😣 This was the point for picking this watch, it has just turned into a big standard fitness tracker not a smart watch!

Rubbish

Can not read any detail, all items are blank, cannot submit comments. Absolutely a waste of time making my watch useless!

My watch disconnect from my phone

My watch disconnected from my phone and now won’t reconnect ?? I have uninstalled a d reinstalled but it still won’t connect!!??

No tracking accurately

My daily steps are not accurate and are always low compared to my iPhone health app even though the watch is always on me and my phone isn’t. Sleep isn’t accurate either as some nights the watch is on charge and somehow still manages to record a sleep pattern. My mum got this for a birthday present for me from a USA site but we live in the UK so don’t know how to resolve the problems I’m experiencing with the watch.

Useless

White writing on a white background??? The app is just non functioning right now which is fabulous as I bought a new charger for my watch to start using it again and low the app doesn’t work 🤯

Not working

Although this app should be compatible with my phone it won’t take any of the measurements I have tried to put in the screen is blank there is no numbers come up the watch cost a lot of money and I can’t use it without this app I am extremely disappointed please don’t buy.
