Body fat calculation totally wrong
I’m currently measuring my composition with a Personal Trainer regularly and tracking my KPI against performance. I get a totally different and obviously wrong number with Withings scale. Bit annoying as I was going to use it to track when I stop PT but it’s a bit pointless.
Change language problem
I have a body cardio for my family, for use all functions, it need to use with Withings app, I did check and try and search support and try send email from support, but all ways not work, I’m ok using with English, but my parents can’t, and I saw it is support in Chinese, can anyone let me know how to change it?
Constantly crashing
The latest update has caused the app to crash every time I open it. When it worked, it was a great app.
DO NOT UPDATE
DO NOT RESET SCALES when app isn’t working, this means you won’t even be able to use the scales manually. Whithings - PLEASE FIX THIS!
Cannot login on iphone SE
I have reinstalled v6.2.2 on a new iphone SE and I cannot even login. A blank popup window appears and when I kill it (click on top left arrow) it goes back to the login page. I guess it's related to the screen size.
Ok app, bad UI design
App is ok but the UI layout is frustrating - why doesn’t it auto update on opening, and why do the notification cards take so much space to scroll past and access the metrics. Bad design

Cannot choose the language in setting

Your Withings app is not measuring right,especially on sleeping!!☹️ It’s not accurate!
Completely puzzled by the point of this app
Got this device from my company and for the love of god it won’t tell me blood pressure 😂
