Can’t amend bookings
App say you can amend bookings but you can’t. Rental company totally inflexible with booking as a result of using 3rd part booking app. Except they are flexible enough to give us the wrong car even when it says model guaranteed.
Not reliable
I booked a rental car through Qeeq months ahead of my trip to Orlando and Miami. However five days before the trip I called the rental car supplier AZ car rental to get pick up instructions, but they shocked me with the surprise that booking has been canceled. The online status was always showing as Confirmed, but on talking to Qeeq support they also said that it was canceled by the supplier. This was never communicated to me through email, phone, or even the booking status still shows confirmed. Glad I figured out myself earlier instead of wasting time and ruining the trip on my pickup day. Qeeq was unable to provide a replacement car, rather they offered another booking which was double the cost of original. So there is actually no price guarantee. Would not rely on Qeeq or AZ car rental for my future reservations.

NO YOU ARE NOT SORRY AT ALL… it’s been 6 weeks and I still don’t have my refund- despite providing you with everything you requested. I paid $600 for a rental car that I didn’t get- through no fault of mine. BOTTOM LINE: YOU ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS out to rob innocent people of their money. STOP WITH THE INSINCERE APOLOGIES AND REFUND MY MONEY
Looks mean nothing
The site is appealing to the eye. But don’t be fooled because finding the cancellation option is impossible. Yet alone somehow the website will automatically fill in your payment information saved on the device being used.

It is easy to compare and book cars.
Sneak extra charges in to con you out of more money
I’m deleting the app as soon as I get a full refund. Disgusting practices.
