I was advised to update my app a few months ago to fix this, but still no luck. The numeric keypad covers the login button, and without an enter key I can’t submit. Pretty rough.

This app is great for receiving push notifications from the NAS but that’s about it. It’s slow and clunky. The one thing I want a NAS for is backups. And I can’t view / modify / trigger scheduled backups from any of the qnap apps.

Has been working fine, although recently I noticed the disc space in app is not reading correctly. Resource monitor says 100% disc space used when there’s still 346gb available and sometime under storage shows 0 space used.

Doesn't appear to work via an iOS managed VPN. Sure, you could use QNAP cloud services. Functionality is pretty basic. For both these reasons I find myself using the web interface instead.

Very powerful, well laid out tool. Gives you access to almost every feature on the NAS (can't think of any important one missing), full monitoring, event logs, landscape mode, you name it! Haven't had crashes so far and loading times seem reasonable (iPhone 5 and a 2011 659 Pro+). Well done QNAP on a well executed app!

Great app. Very handy with many useful tools to monitor and configure the qnap nas system remotely.

This app is ok for basic tasks but nothing more. This app would be much more useful if you could change settings, add folders and change rights, but you can't. Working on the web interface is excruciating on a mobile device, this app has the potential to fix that, but falls short.

Leider stürzt die App immer ab. Das letzte Update hat leider keine Besserung gebracht.

I've been using this App for years for the sole purpose of "waking-on-LAN" my NAS storage. However since a while this doesn't work anymore for no apparent reason.
