Ever wanted to monitor and manage your QNAP Turbo NAS with your iOS mobile device? The free Qmanager app is the perfect answer.

Prerequisites:
- iOS 14 or later
- QNAP NAS running firmware V4.0 or later

Major features of Qmanager:
- Monitor your system information, such as CPU usage, memory usage, system event info, online user…
- Check your download station, backup task info. You also can manage the download task or backup task remotely. You can pause or run the task.
- Turn on/off application services via Qmanager with one simple click.
- Check connection status or the current online users to prevent invasion.
- Restart or shutdown the Turbo NAS remotely.
- Use “Find My NAS” to let your NAS turn on the “Beep” sound.

Nearly perfect

I use this app to monitor my QNAP NAS and it not only lets me update firmware and apps but check processes etc. If the developer reads this, can they please provide a widgets for the Mac and also iPad, as then it would be excellent.

Since upgrading my iPhone to iOS 17.0.3 a few days ago, WOL no longer works from QManager. Not changed anything on my home network and WOL still works on my old iPhone on iOS 16.5.1.

Useful but lacking security council

This is a useful App which allows simple observations and control of your NAS. However, since QNAP released the security councillor you are blind to any important information in this critical part of the system. Needs an update.

Where has backup station link gone?

Only used for backup station. That seems to have disappeared. App is useless to me in its current state.

Refuses to connect

What more is there to say? Trying to connect wirelessly via WiFi. Won’t do it.

NAS Model Icons broken

Icon is broken in the list of NAS, same as in the latest version of QFile, both my NAS's now show as a TS-451 (Large square NAS) where as previously one looked like that and my other one which is a TS-431XeU correctly showed as a rack mount NAS.

Absolutely brilliant

This app along will all the other ‘Free’ Qnap apps is amazing. You can easily manage all the essential features anywhere in the world. What more could you ask for? I’m not sure why there are any bad reviews, I’m a network administrator and even professional servers don’t have these types of features on a mobile phone!!

Good app, but needs support for iPhone X

Can we have an update to support the iPhone X screen resolution?

Fantastic remote for an excellent NAS system

Contrary to the reviews on here this software is really brilliant. It has had some quirks over the versions but overall it massively useful; as the other commenter said you can upgrade firmware, you can also check most stats, restart the device, download torrents whilst away from your device and tonnes more useful features. Ignore the anti-hype. This app is great and the QNAP system in general is so versatile and expansive. Even my 3/4 year old NAS T251 packed with features and I use it daily. 5/5

No updates no more

Support dropped for older iPads, no mention in compatibility etc.
