First off, if you think you can buy this app and listen to it once and be done smoking your probably wrong. But if you get this app and follow the directions you will be on your way to becoming a non-smoker. It is only day one for me and I have already reduced my smoking significantly. There is no magic way to quit smoking, it takes willpower and being ready to quit. This app will help give you the mental tools to overcome the urge to smoke, and provide you with the motivation you need to be successful. Thank you Andrew, this is not the only app of yours that I used and I will likely be using more to help better myself. You have mastered the power of influence and I can not say thank you enough!!
