Usually very good but, if you want to view items from a show you missed, you tap the show to view the items & it brings up the one before the show you want or not at all & this happens a lot.

I’ve been with this app for a while now and it’s a great app it’s got everything u need and more the stuff is lovely the customer service ppl are lovely and friendly and if u havnt got enough to buy something out right it let’s u pay in monthly istalments it’s a great app

I love QVC and often use the easy pay option, unfortunately I don’t seem to be able to find ‘my orders’ or the option to see what I have left to pay on the app, if you are able to advise then that’s good otherwise happy with it

Super easy ordering.Ordered after watching this product on tv .I have drawer full of mascaras .None do what I need to thicken and extend my lashes.Saw this product on QVC and had never heard of them. Years later I’m a returning customer, it’s my go to for quality products and my first stop for Christmas shopping too. I’ve bought some amazing products Ninja, Elemis, Dyson at great prices. Enabling me to buy some really appreciated gifts all year round.

Great app, using all the time. Just small suggestion to developers- can you please make an option to see sold out options. Sometimes products having few colour versions, shapes etc. and currently when some of them are sold out - you can’t see colour. Why?? I understand is sold out but still I wanna see some appliance, lunch boxes etc. etc. in all colours, even sold out ones.

When you can’t even see and track your orders

I received my LizEarle face and body cleanser and polished 4 peace set today Tuberose & Jasmine the fragrance smells beautiful however the texture is not as rich as the previous ones. My skin feels very dry and the hand cream doesn’t do anything for me hands they still feels very dry.

This app needs an overhaul. For too long now, links lead to the wrong products. I’ve just clicked on ‘kitchen’ and have been led to clothing. On the tv list, you’re sent to a list of items from another hour. And what bugs me most of all is that I have to login online to see my order status, order history or to cancel an item that I’ve ordered as these facilities are not available through the app.

I have always loved QVC… so I was excited to download the app but find it so basic and/or unuser friendly. Can’t find how to save something as a favourite. Search function lacks extensive filter options. Can’t find where my orders are stored so I can check status of things I’ve ordered!
