whenever I pay for something, the app creates notification about the amount being removed from my account at least 1 day later, which makes it useless for theft protection. within 1 day my account can be cleaned by someone. this worked perfectly back when it was Equa Bank app…
It doesn’t recognise the id cards
I am writing as a former Equa bank customer. I am completely dissatisfied with quality of this application. I believe that application is buggy (RB Klič functionality, sometimes shows insufficient rights to see account details when logged in). Moreover Raiffeisen bank often have the maintenance breaks that are not scheduled at night but rather weekends where people often use cards. I am able to provide application logs and screenshots to development team. Translation to EN sometimes is broken. I recommend to take this into consideration while choosing banking services. equa bank app was so intuitive and clean, this one is just confusing and cluttered…
New version 4.4.0 doesn’t activate English interface when you switch to English Language in app. Before it works well. I have checked it on IOS 12.5.5 IPhone 5s.
One of my favorite bank apps. Simple and easy to use. Very quick.
