No reason to Delete my ac
I don’t know why when I open the App then saw your ac has been deleted. I wrote to customer service then replied me I don’t know what do you mean. I don’t care about my cash back but my order on the way then all gone.
To much hassle
I’ve been booked through Rakuten twice, but because of some technically , I keep earning not earning What I need to get my referral Bonus or cashback on my purchases. I could have went through other apps such asCapital one and get cash back for my purchases. This app is a waste of time.
Used to love this App!
Large shopping trips and nothing is eligible! Shady to advertise 10% and 12% to get nothing! Loved this for years but now it’s just a scam!
Sign in issues
Constant sign in problems. Tried changing password multiple times and get the error it has been used before even though it NEVER has been used by me.
