This app is absolute rubbish. No matter how many updates and bug fixes are done, it still keeps popping up error messages when you log in. Doesn’t matter if it’s via third party services or if you try registering directly with the app. You need to fix the app before rolling it out to customers!

Only downloaded it a couple of days ago. It worked when I first downloaded and now it says “Oops something went wrong” and won’t let me do anything 🙄

Well, that was an anticlimax… just keep getting the message, “Ooops, something went wrong.”

There is always something wrong with this app and doesn’t run smoothly, it won’t let me attach my bank details to withdraw money and just keeps coming back with a error message and when I’ve messaged them they don’t seem to be doing anything to fix the issue, they asked me to attach a picture of the error message but every time I try to attach the picture my phone freezes and won’t send , I’ve never had this problem with anything else on my phone so the problem is with them

I like the app and products from Rakuten and has been using Kobo and Viki for a while. Really happy to see a cash back app from Rakuten. But it is disappointing that although there is an option to choose location as UK, but I just can’t get in. It returns to the page of choosing location!

I can see the idea behind the app and it seems like it would be very useful but when selecting a region, there need to be a lot more options such as UK, EU etc.

I don't buy much but I still earn money for doing virtually nothing, you can't lose, it costs you nothing to join and there is no work involved.
