No reason to Delete my ac
I don’t know why when I open the App then saw your ac has been deleted. I wrote to customer service then replied me I don’t know what do you mean. I don’t care about my cash back but my order on the way then all gone.
To much hassle
I’ve been booked through Rakuten twice, but because of some technically , I keep earning not earning What I need to get my referral Bonus or cashback on my purchases. I could have went through other apps such asCapital one and get cash back for my purchases. This app is a waste of time.
Used to love this App!
Large shopping trips and nothing is eligible! Shady to advertise 10% and 12% to get nothing! Loved this for years but now it’s just a scam!
Sign in issues
Constant sign in problems. Tried changing password multiple times and get the error it has been used before even though it NEVER has been used by me.
Cash Back
The app does not give you a breakdown of what is being paid out. If something is pending they can say it was paid out and you have no way to dispute it, this happened to me. Cash back stays pending for far too long. In store purchases are not accounted for unless you log on and initiate missing cash. When I first started using this app it was not this bad, but through time has gotten progressively worse. Try another cash back app.

Continued issues
Rebates are pending for weeks then denied claiming ineligible. Referrals are the same, they don’t show up unless you ask, then marked pending when the other person has already made a confirmed purchase.

No cumplen uno refiere y hace la compra y no le dan el bono se valen de cualquier cosa para no pagarlo
