El servicio al cliente se ha puesto muy malo. Imposible hablar con un agente cómo lo era antes.
No hacen reembolsos
Más de 1 mes reclamando por mi reembolso, ya que me cancelaron el pedido, pero se hizo el cobro de $34.000. Me pidieron que mostrara mi cartola de transferencias, creo que para corroborar que no me ha llegado, y lo haría si me respondieran dónde enviarla, pero su asistente virtual no otorga esa información.
PESIMO SERVICIO REALIZAN COBROS SIN TU AUTORIZACION!!
Se me realizó un cobro de rappi pro del cual nunca acepté, no ocupo la aplicación desde el año pasado y se me realizó un cobro que nunca acepté a mi tarjeta, realicé varios reclamos a la app y nunca obtuve una respuesta, pedí ayuda al soporte y la app solo dice que mi opción no esta en su menú de reclamos, PESIMO SERVICIO NO OCUPEN ESTA APP TE HACE CARGOS A LA TARJETA SIN PERMISO!!!!!!

Están cobrando unilateralmente
Pesima app, me cobraron la suscripción a rappi pro siendo que ni siquiera la tenía instalada, y al momento de buscar donde contactarme, dentro de su app no tienen nada para comunicarse con alguien, simplemente unos sinvergüenzas.

Me hicieron un cobro sin mi consentimiento por una supuesta suscripcion a rappi pro y no devuelven mi dinero
las membresías más caras con mayores costos operacionales
con la membresía pro aún hay que pagar un porcentaje en tarifa y un 19% de la tarifa en iva, aún así hice un pedido, llevo 2 horas esperando, me están dando para 1 hora más y me permite cancelarlo sin devolver ni un peso

Nunca entregaron mi pedido y me cobraron 25.009
Poco Compromiso
Desde hace un tiempo hasta acá, el servicio ha empeorado. Tiempos que si bien son estimados para entrega se pasan en una hora o mas de lo que ofrece la app. Peor aún cuando simplemente no llega y dicen el restaurante cerro y vas fisicamente y esta abierto y quedas con todas tus visitas esperando. Un desastre muchas veces.
