No support, no reliability
Cancels first two orders for no reason, support chat bot says it’s because I changed the order (I did not) and suggests my account is blocked; next attempted order with credit card fails too, redirects me to the support, but the support chat bot is completely unable to help whatsoever here too - it’s a useless time wasting maze of bad design (and bugs) everywhere. The entire app is. Stay far far away!
It works, but that’s about it. Lots of bugs, even crashes, bad design overall and lots of spam both in email and in push notifications. PedidosYa is much better.
This product is broken on so many levels I don’t even know where to start. I registered with Rappi in São Paulo to shop groceries. The payment system doesn’t work. Several UX flaws when I tried to find a solution/understand what’s wrong. Customer service is fully automated (and dumb). No chance to talk to a human. It basically send users to dead ends. And it’s way more expensive than Uber Eats. I strongly recommend avoiding it.
Got delivered the wrong item and the customer service was totally not helping. Worst experience ever. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use their service. From the grounds of my heart I hope this business will fail and nobody has to experience a similar horror treatment like this.
If I could give them zero stars, I would gladly do it. Last year they canceled two orders and instead of returning the money to my account, they returned it to me in the form of credits. Despite having complained at the time, I did not receive any response. A few months later, I realize that month after month they were taking away my credits in small amounts until my credits were at zero. They stole my money! I filed a complaint and they told me that nothing can be done because it's been more than 6 months! It's the worst experience I've ever had with an app. I do not recommend this app and will never use it again.

I am trying since April to cancel some subscription I apparently have. They keep on charging my credit card. I don’t live in South America and I don’t won’t a subscription. They are also impossible to contact
