Pedido cancelado sin explicación
Rappi me canceló unilateralmente un pedido de mercadería que había hecho, el mismo día de la entrega y después de que me indicara que el shopper estaba seleccionado los productos. Me devolvieron la plata rápido, pero nunca supe por qué se había cancelado y me quedé sin comida para la semana.

Abuso al consumidor
Un total abuso sobre los cargos realizados sobre algunas secciones que tiene la app. Un robó de dinero aparte que el extra cargo realizado no se divide entre ello y el repartidor , los repartidores que realizan un excelente trabajo reciben un mínimo por realizar el servicio mientras la aplicación hace cargos de porcentaje sobre algunos servicios que no son mencionados hasta el momento de pagar.
