Amo o aplicativo porém poderia aceitar cartão de débito
No deja elegir complementos o en su caso alitas no deja elegir salsas
No deja seleccionar algún tipo de producto por ejemplo alitas en muchos negocios de mi ciudad solo deja elegir el paquete pero no da opciones para los diferentes sabores , luego ni siquiera deja ponerle comentarios en los pedidos, pide uno y es a elección del restaurante que te mande lo que quiere así ya no se puede reclamar , se supone que quien paga ordena pero no se puede . Espero arreglen eso mientras tanto 2 estrellas .

No tienen soporte técnico diamante lo hacen bien muy mal servicio al cliente nunca resuelven nada.

Simplemente nefasta
La atención o soporte ya no existe son solo agentes del extranjero o colombianos , muy pocos en México , el día de hoy 02 de enero del 2025 hice un pedido ; llego incompleto pedí reembolso con pruebas me dicen que no me lo pueden dar , no dan razones , escalé mi caso a Twitter , y simplemente me atendió LUISA HERNÁNDEZ de customer app y me dice que no se puede hacer nada , simplemente usen DIDI o UBER EATS nada recomendable esta app , la use por años y ya está será la última vez que la use cada vez más irresponsables
