Rappi - Pide Todo en Minutos

Most horrible customer service I have ever experienced in any app. Service is fully automated but does not resolve issues. Even when marking “you did not resolve my issue”, tickets are closed and cannot be opened again. Orders regularly are more than 2 hours late. Horrible app, avoid at all cost.

I ordered two times food to a hotel. Both are over 2 h delayed and still not delivered. You have no option to cancel the delivery and get your money back. Horrible service and customer support. Absolutely unacceptable and not recommended to download and order food there. Edit: To delete your information you have to chat with a chat bot. They ask you several times till you get deleted your personal Information

Helpdesk of Rappi is not accessible. Canceled orders are not being refunded. When contacting the helpdesk you will only reach a virtual Assistent who provides pre-defined answers but won’t help you with the refund. We lost our money and can’t get any help. No recommendation at all!

Terrible customer service, there is literally none. The app is terrible too. Nobody cares.

First rappi pro cannot be booked anymore- with the same credit card food ordering is working Sscond everytime when i want to order rappi corrects the currency from cop to eur for my creditcard - i dont want this change and why doni need to resave my settings? Is this here a scam try with bad currency conversion. There is NEVER a case where you are offering a better rate than visa/mastercard

Map interface which is suppose to show you the driver is so laggy and the delivery time is never correct. App feels half baked compared to European or US competitors.

They give you good coupons from time to time

I figured out about this app while traveling to Medellin. I can’t say about other cities, but it work super well here. You can order anything you can only imagine to yourself and in 99% of the cases it comes super fast, couriers are very friendly and careful with your order and if anything goes wrong you can always contact Rappi for help, or directly the shop or the restaurant. Highly recommend getting it!
