Rappi: Market and Food Online

Disappointing first order experience, restaurant did not include part of the order with the package, customer support said there is nothing they could do as this issue is not qualified for a refund. So you pay the money, and do not get what you have paid for, is this not a clear violation of a sale agreement?

The restaurant messed my order and have not delivered 1/4 of the delivery. When I got in touch with the support and provided all the necessary information with a photo documentation. I was told that I wont be refunded “according to some criteria”. Bunch of scammers. I cannot even write with the support only when I am prompted to answer. Which means, that I cannot ask what criteria it was.

Don’t ever use Rappi, they can’t help when the driver don’t deliver the food, but mark is as delivered. Rappi cost med 30 dollars. Scam!!

Ordered a bunch of stuff from a supermarket 1 mile away… suddenly I noticed that the driver added 5 completely different items on my order, and was driving the opposite direction of my location, the price of my order had been increased with all these new items, to 30-40% more than the original, and the driver’s phone was disconnected… The customer-service was little to no help, with a condescending attitude, who kept pushing me to just renew my order, and wouldn’t answer my questions about how much i would be charged on my creditcard.

Me robaron los repartidores y rappi jamás respondió.

Me parece perverso que tomando e cuenta la demora con la cancelación fue realizada que no haya ninguna forma de recompensa . El restaurante tardó casi una hora en cancelar. Eso deja al cliente perdido porque supuestamente la comida ya estaría casi llegando. Entonces cómo Rappi es el intermediario LO MÍNIMO sería una recompensa por parte de Rappi, por ejemplo un voucher. Pero bo, les vale. Increíble
