I had ordered shirts. One was automatically cancelled and other product was not as shown in image. They say it’s on offer and share codes also, Later they cheat you when there is sale. Purchased first time through this application. Already I’m getting a feeling that this is not a trusted one. And on exchange the code cannot be applied. And you end up paying more. Total scam.
Awesome products. Just bought 2nd shirt . This brand is going to go places.
Pop up notofication would be good for any offers or new arrivals !
Even after placing order, item remains in the cart and order history and tracking won't show any updates. Instead of downloading this app, open directly from browser. Since this app not keeping any of us order history, it's waste only keeping this app in mobile.

No response from customer care
Fitting and Quality are awesome
The wishlist should be descending in order not in ascending according to type. Means the product I have added to wish list should show on top.
While the product itself maintains a commendable level of quality, unfortunately, the customer support services provided fall short of expectations. Despite repeated attempts to seek assistance, there have been significant delays in addressing issues, with resolutions remaining elusive. Regrettably, there seems to be a lack of willingness to facilitate exchanges or refunds, leaving customers feeling unsupported in their endeavors to resolve concerns.
I ordered few shirts and requested for some return. and that has been a big pain. Initially nobody came for pickup for few days. When I complained they generated multiple pickup request for the same order. They are not refunding me as they want same shirts to be returned twice, I have shared the delivery guy number who is confirming that I have returned the shirts. I also shared screenshots of successful return pickups which I asked delivery guy to share. Tried multiple times to reach customer care, they always tells me to wait for 5-7 days. Never order from their app. I would suggest you to go through Myntra or other apps.
