Worst app ever don’t use it guys there front end is fine but ther back end is rubbish it’s lags and I try to withdraw money form my dollar account i created with them and they won’t let me

Can’t access my money

Raven changed there bank and I did a withdrawal and it went successful And still yet can’t access my money what wrong

Don’t use

Always having third party downtime even on weekends ,got me stranded more than once, it’s horrible no online banks are supposed to provide flexibility from the normal banks instead of relying on their services to operate your online bank… side not to new users, make sure you transfer your no money too another bank first before leaving home,else you’ll spend and be unable to pay…

Worst transaction experience

I just created the account yesterday sign up and verified my account and I made a transfer of 60,000 to the account which I was debited on mt other bank but not reflecting in my raven no transaction history showing in raven bank that any money was transferred to it, I tried all there customer care and no single reply, getting scammed experience first day using the App 😡😡😡 still can’t get my money back up till now is crazy

Fix transfer issues

The app developers should help fix the transferring issue that gets declined almost every time showing error messages about fixing third-party app and not being able to send money to third-party app. I have personally been embarrassed because of this.

I can’t make a transfer

I sent money to my betstar account for over 24 hours money did not reflect no customer support is responding they are all keeping quiet worst in communication I will provide raven Make I no see my money today una go hear am

Nice service, please work on the transfer to other banks, keeps saying 3rd party downtime, presently am trying to upload my nin and it keeps saying error initiating nin verification
