I’m worried and not happy with raven bank
Plz I’ve been trying to deposit some money into my account… I have given all the required details for an upgrade but you guys haven’t verified my NIN for almost a week now… what’s going???? I’m a new customer and i heard you guys are very fast and reliable but very I’m disappointed and really not happy about this… please do something cuz it’s taking tooo long
Super speed app
If I rate any app in positive terms, I have evaluate the app and the app meet good results. So this app has no condemnation, but they charge alot and it's understandable plus that might contribute for lightning speed in transactions. Please guys come experience the lightning speed and excellent UI. God bless this organisation!
Money not reversed
It been 4days now my money was taken for dollar card and it was not successful my money has not been reversed since then I have email you guys you are have been saying u are working on it and nothing has been done about it pls I need my money back

PLEASE WORK ON THE THIRD-PARTY. LIKE MAKING TRANSFER TO THE BANK ACCOUNT. MUST TIMES IT TAKES HOURS TO CREDIT THE ACCOUNT. IT ALMOST GOT ME INTO TROUBLES AND IT WAS REALLY EMBARRASSING. PLEASE LET'S WORK ON THAT. THANK YOU
Worst bank ever
This bank app is basically the worst apps I’ve ever made use of and would never recommend it even to my enemy (PS: I’ve got none). I made a transaction over 8 hours ago and it was withheld and their customer service did nothing about it so even after making a complaint about it This isn’t the first, second or even third time they are doing this 😡😡😡
Slow transactions
To send money is very slow sometimes it doesn’t even go It takes sooo long to send money with this app, which is very poor
Only regrets
I really regret with every single atom in my body as to why I use this app. After CBN directory to verify BVN and nin. I’ve been trying to bypass face verification. It doesn’t it doesn’t do anything. Just stand there till it freezes. Why publish an app you can’t take care off? And every update has a worse bug.
P00R customer service
I sent 40,050 it’s been over 48 hours. I’m debited and receiver yet to receive funds. Customer service doesn’t reply either 💔 Thieves na him una be! Just go on twitter (X) and see bad reviews. Anyone using raven is using at his 0wn risk
