APP CRASHING

Trying to view the NIN pop message crashes your app. How else do I link this? Please improve this app

Bad app only if you fix it up tho

I’m not giving them any star cause I was actually using the app for a week then after they logged me out after putting my grandmas inhaler money into it and they are saying I can’t login anymore

You guys are very useless. Return my money, if you can say a transaction is successful and the receiver didn’t get it and you can’t provide an update within 24 hours then you guys are thieves. I need my money back so I can stop using you guys. Useless app!

I have a problem with updating my KYC and even when I did as instructed I still couldn't transfer out my funds saying YOU CANNOT SEND MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT BECAUSE YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN FLAGGED, PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT.” I did exactly as the support said by updating to a new version of the application and login and still have the same issue.
