R.care has truly transformed my life, no question about it. I had been stuck in a cycle of binge eating for years—alternating between starving myself to lose weight and then gaining 20-30 pounds from binging. My entire relationship with food has shifted; I now feel satisfied without the self-hatred. What's more, I've developed a genuine love for my body, not because I've shed pounds but because I'm treating myself better. I've tried countless diets and weight loss programs, but R.care is different. It's not about weight but more about understanding what is blocking me to have a health & sustainable relationship with food and helping me work on it. While the lessons may sometimes seem obvious, they serve as vital reminders of my goals. My wish? They urgently need to add a save feature for the lesson. There's so much valuable content in the lessons—writing about bad habits and long-term goals—but none of it gets saved. It's frustrating that such a basic feature isn't available.

recovering from an ed is so hard. i get it. but this app SERIOUSLY helps you to reflect and to forge a path towards recovery. lessons are digestible and impactful. give it a shot. if you’re not sure about it, get the free trial and cancel it immediately so you won’t be charged. you’ll still have access to everything for 7 days. then if you like it, get the annual subscription. totally risk free and i promise you’ll love it!!

At first I thought binge eating was purely about what I ate, but this app totally shifted my thinking. It's way more than just food—it's about figuring out my habits and what sets me off. This app is a huge malfunction mess. I paid for a year and haven’t been able to use it due to major glitches. I wish I could get my money back. I also noticed my previous detailed review is not here. This app needs to be reported.
