Very poor quality of service

Neither did I receive the mail to activate my account nor is the customer service reacting to my emails.

Register does not work

I can not get register because the application does not find the address for the invoicing. I try to contact per email with the support and it is not possible because I am not registered 🧠

Es un desastre. Un mensaje de error tras otro. Tienes que reinstalar la aplicación una y otra vez. La velocidad de carga nunca es la correcta. Tan pronto como la aplicación comienza a cargar, el tiempo se excede. Y por último, pero no menos importante, han mezclado los códigos. De tal manera que la conexión no encaja.

App doesn’t stop charging process

Yesterday I tried to use the Iberdrola App at a charging station in Germany. The charge was activated but since it was the wrong plug I tried to cancel the charge. The App was unresponsive and has been continually sending error messages while continuing the charge process. My car is not connected but now for more than 20 hours the App continues to show that is actively being charged. I tried to send a message via the App about the problem but the “Send” button didn’t work until just now. Nobody has answered the overseas helpline when I tried to call. Iberdrola however has immediately debited the maximum charge from my bank account. At this moment the App still shows an active charging process

Zuverlässig und komfortabel auch für Deutsche Nutzer

Mit einem Leihwagen wurde das erste Laden dank dieser App kein Problem. Kartenansicht und Routenfindung gut. Registrierung auch als Deutscher (mit .com-E-Mail-Adresse) völlig problemlos. Gute laufende Information über Ladevorgang. Für mich klare 5 Sterne. P.S. ja, bei Adressangabe konnte kein anders Land als Spanien gewählt werden, aber die Daten sind wohl optional, daher konnte ich die Angaben überspringen

Unbrauchbar für Urlauber

Ich kann allen anderen Kommentaren zustimmen. Die App ist für Urlauber unbrauchbar. Die Registrierung in der App funktioniert nicht. Ich bin einmal bis zur Adresseingabe gekommen, aber es wird eine spanische Anschrift vorausgesetzt. Danach habe ich nur noch allgemeine Fehler erhalten. Schade, dann fahren wir den Leihwagen mit dem „schönen“ Akku halt einfach mit Benzin durch die Gegend. Da soll sich niemand mehr über die Infrastruktur in Deutschland beschweren.

Anmeldung nicht per App aber per Support möglich :-)

Hallo zusammen, es wird ja immer wie zu Recht berichtet, dass es (zumindest für Deutsche?) nicht möglich ist, sich über die App zu registrieren. Ich war so mutig und habe von meinen Daten und der Fehlermeldung einen Screenshot per App an den Support geschickt und habe direkt am nächsten Tag einen Telefonanruf bekommen, in dem man mir mitgeteilt hat, dass für mich ein Konto eröffnet worden ist und hat mir auch das Passwort dazu direkt durchgegeben. :-)

App völlig unbrauchbar für deutsche Benutzer

Die Programmierung dieser App ist völliger Schwachsinn! Trotz Rücksprache mit der Hotline konnte keine Registrierung ermöglicht werden. Man fliegt immer wieder aus dem Registrierungsprozess heraus. Auch ein Aufladen ohne Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.
