Need a 130mb app download to charge, needs registration AND REGISTRATION DOES NOT WORK. Beyond incompetent

I tried again to register and it works now and I was able to charge here in Lanzarote. The registration process is still a bit tricky for foreigners however st least working.

I recommend to register from your home country. I had the following problems. -can only register with Spanish address -didn’t receive confirmation email -had to reregister several times to receive it -customer support is only in Spanish

You can’t register, you can’t send an error report, because the app is just not working. Your can’t join the support and… you are stuck in the middle of nowhere . Thank you Iberdrola😣

it‘s just a very poor app

Stupid app limited to Spanish residents

Your application is blocked for Spain internet user. When I use it with my mobile over 4G with a non Spanish SIM card, impossible to do any action (create, login, contact for support). Please allow at least european IPs to connect!!

I will drive Thursday again to Spain and I want to use the charging points from you. But I’m still not able to create an account if you have not a Spanish passport and address in spain. Sorry, stupid. Customer want to pay but you don’t allow that!!
