It works but is buggy and the process is the worst I’ve seen in any charging app. And I have 9 of them

Having driven down from England in my Tesla I thought I would be looking only for Tesla charging points. When I came across the Iberdrola ones in Mercadona supermarkets i was delighted. The app is easy to use and works brilliantly,

After spending 25 minutes submitting every piece of information under the sun, the app went in a loop and wouldn’t allow me to add a credit/debit card. Also no one was on the other end of the phone. Why wouldn't it just take a card directly rathet than this convoluted process. It didn't work so after 30 minutes, drove away. Absolutely crap.

You go through what looks to be simple to register but it ready says I’m already registered. Then it says I am and need to activate an email that never arrives. Really crap guys. Using an EV shouldn’t be this difficult

Wasted 45 minutes trying to register on the app. It just gets to the billing stage and hangs.

Absolutely HIDEOUS. Buying petrol is easy. Buy electric and they want every peace of information in existence about me, surprised this app doesn’t ask for my appendage length it is so invasive. Abhorrent invasion of privacy just to fuel a car!!! If this is saving the world forget it I am not interested. App would NOT even accept my address in spain that I actually own!! Whoever coded this app needs to go back to university and ask for their money back. Crap is actually a complement for this app.

I want to charge my car in Spain. I live in Portugal. I’m even an Iberdrola customer. I am not allowed to sign up for this app.

You go through all the registration steps and then the app crashes on the last step. You try to repeat the steps but the app knows you’re trying again and provides the cute message "Login ko".

Apart from sharing everything entirely unnecessary, you cannot actually finalise registration. The company and App are garbage and I can tell you, living in Spain with an electric car is a farce. Right now I have 9 applications on my phone to charge, imagine the process. Spain is many years behind Europe/the modern world because of their corrupt bureaucracy, this is a perfect example of that.

Registration process requires that you have a spanish address. So impossible for foreign drivers to use😡 unable to get rid of unplug your car page.
