Recarga Pública Iberdrola

While traveling in Spain I’ve tried really really hard to become a customer to be able to charge my electric car. Without any success. The app is broken an the support staff doesn’t have a clue, or want to understand the problem. And the fact that this app passed the QA says a lot about the quality of the staff/company. At least 10 calls with customer support, over 10 emails and even tried to visit one of their offices. It’s rare to see such an absolute worthless company in a developed country 2023. I will definitely do my absolute best to stay away from them.

As a non-spanish resident this app works really bad, I am unable to get my non-spanish cc to work. For me, I have a NIE and a spanish bankcard, but do they not have any thoughts on all tourists who travel to Spain? Best would be to install card readers at all charging stations and skip the necessity to use apps!

Impossible to create an account if you don’t have a Spanish ID number. Insane for a country with so many tourists. Also many instructions only in Spanish.

Appen har blivit mycket bättre sedan jag började använda den för tio månader sedan, men det finns buggar kvar. Mastercard från svenska banker kräver att man verifierar korttransaktionen med BankID. Detta har Iberdrola uppenbarligen inte testat, eftersom appen regelmässigt skriver ut att banken inte godkänt transaktionen. I själva verket är det appen som inte klarar övergången till BankID. Det tar 5-6 försök innan appen godkänt kortet och man får växla mellan Iberdrolas app och BankID-appen flera gånger innan det fungerar. Det bor 104 000 svenskar i Spanien, så här har Iberdrola ett jobb att göra.

This app is not for tourist. The app requested information I don’t have.

After post code (in my case 03189 in Orihuela, Alicante) the app stops and refuses to go on. So I’m unable to register. And why is NIE number required to get a new password if you forget the old one? Why even cancel out the tourists who don’t have a NIE number? This app is so terribly bad. My husband tried to charge our Tesla M3 today and failed. He had to restart his phone at home, at least 15 minutes after we gave up, because the app was still running. We don’t need the Iberdrola chargers, but it would be convenient to use them if you could count on them. The chargers are fine - and many - but the app seems to be still in beta version.

Impossible to register inside the app. Getting stuck on the adress field. Tried with different devices and addresses. So bad.

To use this app you need an invoice address in Spain which effectively eliminates the possibility for tourists to charge a rental car. It is very odd that there isn’t an option to just pay with your card.

Me gustaría que en próximos desarrollos de aplicación se pusiera la hora en la cual se ha puesto el coche a cargar , para saber , aproximadamente cuando volver a consultar la aplicación para reservar el puesto, o en su caso , una alarma que diga cuando los puestos de ir tenemos como favoritos en la ciudad donde residimos , se encuentren libres . Muchas gracias .
