Horrible Service from Gajraj Travels and Redbus

Booked a double sleeper thru redbus, no amenities were provided which were listed on the app, no glass doors on the sleeper, no curtains either, smelly seats and sleeper Not recommended at all

Worst service ever. Bus Golden Coach

the worst service in the world. First they arrived more than 1 hour late. And arrive 3 hours late!!!!! Afterwards the drivers stopped to eat. Then they entered a city, detouring us 1 hour to drop off a driver. They stopped again to buy food for themselves. They did not want to leave us where they offered to leave us before. They treated us very badly even though we paid for a service. Disrespectful and didn't even apologize. I hope this helps you avoid taking this bus.

Worst service ever

I booked two tickets from Dehradun to delhi in deep tour and travels ,there were no number provided by red bus i tried to call bus operator and driver and office no one was ready to respond my call (12.30 pm was my Boarding timing) one person responded my call at 12.15pm and said your bus has been canceled and disconnected the call i tried to call on this bus agency number so one said we shifted you to another bus,somehow i spoke with another bus driver he asked me to come on other address to board i rushed with my wife for new boarding address and got this bus when i was entering into bus he asked 400rs more i gave them as I was rush to delhi but I already had been paid 1600rs to red bus so it means its 2000 for two seats, after some time of Boarding into bus i got to know its a local bus stopping anywhere and took 8 hrs to reach delhi, plz never book tickets from red bus
