Very slow

It takes a long time to load (there’s a spinning wheel) and every time I enter the source city or destination it spins again for 10-15 secs. Better to just use the website or another app

Didn’t receive my refund

Firstly very disappointed with the red bus service a travels name kakadiya travels cancelled their bus after booking my ticket and they told they forgot to remove from the app. Just because of their mistake my money got block and didn’t receive my refund back. If a operator forgot to take his ad out from app who’s fault is this definitely operator and red bus should take penalty from this travel for wasting time plus money of customer 0 star out out of 5. Ever using again this app for poor management services 👎

Irritating

Recently this app became very slow and non responsive page should not use from now on

Smooth bookings

This app makes booking buses easy and convenient with the filters and detailed info on all amenities. Notifications are a bit much though.

Worst app

This app is complete scam!! I booked a ticket recently and i travel with a decent well known company, but my travel was pathetic!! The roof of my compartment of the bus was dripping, my seat was filled with water !! I tried contacting redbus ! But there was no help , on its support number , on app everywhere , there was no help ! Even the travels company number was switched off ! My experience with the app was pathetic!! If redbus people are reading this , you can contact me ,i can even show you the proof ! I have filmed the video of my wet seat and everything . I dont have words how much mad i am with the app , i dont plan to use it in future . Just want to tell you people ! That there will be no help or no support in bad situations from redbus ! These people are frauds.

Called to complaint about Bus tracking issue, worst service. The agent pretended like he is the supervisor when asked for an escalation call. Offered GPS service before booking the ticket, failed to deliver the service . I would need a full refund
