Easy

Fast and easy

Facilitated the theft of my money today. Avoid!!

Absolutely disgusted with these cowboys who facilitated the theft from of nearly £20 today and left me stranded having to make hasty re arrangements. There is no way of complaining or obtaining a refund. The actual bus provider also ghosted me. Avoid avoid avoid unless you want to lose your money

Dreadful

Terrible service, impossible to contact and ultimately lead to us being stranded at a made up bus stop in the sun and had to organise alternate travel. Ideally I would like to give this no stars but 1 will have to do and they can thank me for it. The location of the bus does not exist, the map location that redbus directed us to was the middle of a highway where we waited for an hour an no bus showed up. And of course no recourse for a refund.

There is no support and you can’t get refunds for cancelled buses

Booked a bus, when I got to the station the bus company said the bus is cancelled and rebooked me with another company. The new bus ticket is half the price of what I actually paid for. No way to get a refund for the difference. Help function in the redbus app doesn’t work (gives you a blank screen) and there is no mention of support by email.

Misuse of Monopoly

You say a rate on the site and as you progress to booking magically the prices go up,eh? Bloody Fraudsters.

Avoid

Do not use this app. The information it contains is inaccurate, at best, or fictitious. The bus companies they use are of very poor quality and you will be guaranteed a terrible journey.

Reliable

It’s great to select seats on the app, the information is accurate. So convenient.

Doesn’t support international cards

App seems to work well, but crucially doesn’t allow you to buy a ticket with an international Mastercard - so pretty useless for foreign travellers

The most disappointing app whatsoever! Faulty information, half the time it doesn’t work, pathetic customer support, and rude service providers. The first and the only time I used it, it showed that my bus would be late, kept calling the driver and customer support to get a confirmation for the same for 45 minutes before the scheduled time of departure, no response till the bus actually left. The bus wasn’t parked in the given location. We missed our bus despite being at the location at the right time. The driver was abusive and rude. Been requesting for a refund they practically called me a liar. The customer care is absolutely useless, untimely follow ups. An unprofessional mess!! No customer should be treated that way!
