This app not only gives the film trailer as well as a description, but what makes it outstanding is that it will tell you from which streaming service it is currently on if applicable
This was my go to app to find enjoyable movies to watch. However, in a recent update they removed the ability to see the “reel good score” without clicking into the movie title. The IMDb score shows up but I find that the “reel good score” is more accurate to movies that I enjoy to watch. This seems like a minor change but I heavily relied on the reel good score and now it is not convenient to browse titles and see the reel good score. Would be 5 stars if the reverted this feature. Maybe there is a setting that I am not aware of… I hope to change my review to 5 stars soon!
This app serves mostly as advertised and is mostly function. The app however is offensive and exclusive of others. The app promotes ads from religious and political extremists and refuses to let you hide these extreme ads. I’m perfectly okay with seeing ads but I’m not okay with being bombarded with political and religious extremism when I’m just trying to track my shows. Please allow us to block certain advertisers or stop allowing these extremist’s ads
You can opt to be notified when a film is available on your service, but when you try to find the film a few days after getting a notification the film is gone! There is no running list of recent available films in app and you can not sort by films that are newly available.
It’s the app everyone is excited to hear about. An app that shows where everything is streaming or where to get it if it’s not. Along with some profile options that are nice, like favorites, watchlist… 10/10! If I could make it an 11/10 it would be to add different categories for the favorites list like folders, such as: genres, date night, feel good, to fall asleep to, yada, yada.
I really like Reelgood and I’d really like to love it someday. It has great potential. The latest update was a proper kick in the head. I typically look for something new with updates, not to have things removed. So, what’s new with this update? Well, AMC+ was finally added and they added a big obnoxious + to the title tiles. It’s so big they removed the Reelgood rating from the tile. And that brings us to what was removed… the red indicator on the home page letting you know there’s new content, gone. Still holding out hope to be able to filter out titles you’ve marked as seen or are currently tracking or by date added or sort by date added. Also hoping they will eventually make scrolling your watch list smoother. It’s been very clunky since day 1.
The app is great, smooth, and very well laid out. I do however have a problem with some of the Title Thumbnails. They will sometimes be wrong thumbnail, zoomed in Box Cover, or really old Box Cover. Please source your Thumbnails from TMDb or IMDb, change this and it’ll easily be 5 Stars.
But now im sick of scrolling through all the Angel recommendations. There should be a way to remove those
Annoying that I can’t access my custom lists in the app. Add that and I’ll change it to a 5 star
