Useless

Why is this app in the Dutch store if it only covers the content of streaming services in the UK and US?

Not my content

You can choose to see the available content from an overwhelming list of 2 countries.

Not so Great App☹️

It would be really nice if you could use this on an M1 MacBook. The IOS app keeps loosing my login after a couple of uses, totally unusable like that. Also on the Apple TV app you have to log In every time to use it! also unusable. Has potential but the fact that that it can’t remember you’re logged in is bad! Everything started working correctly again just over a month ago😀 But, as of yesterday 14/12/2022 the same problems are back☹️

Looks good, but lacks country filter e.g Netflix the Netherlands

Looks good feature wise but lacks one big feature: there is no country filter e.g Netflix the Netherlands. I now only see Netflix US results in search and overview.

Aardig

Beetje lompe app. 2/3 scherm om door de films te bladeren waarvan de thumbs ook nog eens erg groot zijn. Geen imdb ratings. Weinig functionaliteit.

More helpful for films than for shows

I use this app constantly but it needs improvements to the point I’m considering looking to alternative apps for the same functions. They recently made it easier (in theory) to find shows that are on your sources, but good luck if one of your sources is Prime video or another service that sometimes promotes with a free pilot episode only; I am constantly seeing the icon that makes it look like a series is on one of my subscriptions only for this to only apply to an episode or season I’ve already seen, because the pilot is where they pull the source from regardless of where you’ve marked your progress. The icons are generally annoyingly arbitrary, most likely boosted by promotional money, but if there were a way to indicate multiple sources at first glance that would be so much better. I hate the shift towards poster images being the only way to see a movie’s title (surely this creates accessibility problems?) as well as the ratings not appearing in the thumbnails. I hate that they took away the RT ratings too. The library is extensive, but occasionally I will go looking for something which isn’t in the database so I have to list it on my watchlist for letterboxd instead. This doesn’t happen too often though.

Never very accurate

After using this app for several months, I’ve learned it has the same shortcoming as another similar app I’ve tried, i.e. it’s just not accurate as to what is currently available on what streaming service. I’ve had multiple instances where the app tells me something on my watchlist is currently available on one of my subscribed services, when in fact it isn’t. Or worse, where it fails to indicate that something on my watchlist is actually available on one of my services, when it it. I’ve sent several feedbacks through the app about these instances when I notice them, but other than the initial automated response indication a case has been opened, never received any other followup about those cases, nor have I seen any reported instance corrected. If you can’t trust the info coming from an app like this, then it’s pretty useless…you will never know whether something you want to see is available or not without manually checking each of your services each time, which was what the app was supposed to do instead.

Confusing

Now something new - Landman, show on Paramount. 4 episodes available now, 5th will be available in couple of days. Your app shows 4 episodes available, nothing about episode 5, but shows episode 6 as unavailable in continue watching section. More and more confusing! The show “Cross” season 1 was just released on prime, your app shows that it’s available in continue watching section of your app, but it also shows season 2 episode 1 marked unavailable. Why? there is no season 2. As far as I know season 2 will be released next year. The show “the night manager” season 2 will be released next year, but your app shows it in continue watching section for already a few months, I reported it to your support team, but nothing has been done to fix that. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Good app. Horrible support.

When the app works it’s great but the fact that you cannot get a single response from the support team is absolutely ridiculous
