Worst service!
I wish I could use some bad words here to describe the situation. Anyways, my suggestion is not to book with these people. Gave me a fake booking reference and didn’t even coordinate with hotel when I am on the counter on my arrival. Didn’t process the refund as of now even after 9 weeks passed. Every time you try to get in touch, they just send a crappy email with no action.
لا انصح اي شخص بستخدام هدا التطبيق في اي حجز تريد حجزه
هو عبارة عن برنامج نصب واحتيال اردت ان حجز عن طريقهم طيران من جدة لرياض وكان السعر 220 ريال وعند بدات بتعبأت المعلوماتي وصلت لمرحلة الدفع كان المبلغ 220 ريال وسحبو المبلغ من حسابي ثم ارسلو لي ايميل يقول ان السعر تغير من 220 ريال الى 570 ريال ويجب عليي ان ادفع المبلغ المتبقي اذا اردت السفر في نفس الرحة او الغي الحجز فقررت ان الغي الحجز ولكنهم لم يعيدو لي مبلغ 220 ريال وكل مرة اتصل فيهم ويقولو لي انهم سوف يتواصلو معي في ظرف 24 ساعة وطبعا لا احد يتصل بي او يرسل لي اي ايميل وانا على هذه الحال معهم من قرابت الشهرين هذه قصتي معهم بكل صراحة
Worst service ever!
First time I use this company and last time! I booked a flight online scheduled after 6 hrs from purchase, the company responded that the transaction will be made and the ticket is being sent within 10 mins. After 2 hrs still no ticket! I called the costumer service 3 times every 30 mins and all reply that a comment has been made and reply will arrive in less than 10 mins! I missed my flight and asked for another flight the next day and they couldn’t get me a flight. Instead they offered to give me a refund after 60 days! So I book a flight and the funds arrived, they don’t follow up with the airline (or whatever unprofessional action that they made) and I miss my flight, and above all that I will be waiting for my refund to arrive in 60 days!! DONT USE THIS APP OR THEIR SERVICES UNLESS YOU’RE WILLING TO GET BEYOND DISAPPOINTED
